Tigar Technical Rubber
Tigar Technical Rubber has operated as a separate organizational unit within Tigar since 1966. Initially, the factory manufactured various rubber products for the automotive industry, as well as rubber-to-metal products, primarily for the mining industry. A year later, a sports product range was introduced, initially focusing on the production of balls and later expanding to include other sports equipment.
Over time, the factory expanded its production capacities for its existing product ranges. In 2008, it also introduced a range of finished products made from recycled rubber, including flooring for indoor and outdoor sports facilities and children’s playgrounds.
The factory manufactures a wide range of products for industrial applications and the consumer market. Its production portfolio includes the following product lines: rubber compounds, semi-finished products and sheets, rubber profiles and hoses, molded products, balls and sports equipment, and industrial rubber coating.
Over the past decades, Tigar Technical Rubber has become a recognized leader in its field and a reliable business partner, renowned for its high-quality manufacturing.

Special-Purpose Products
The Technical Rubber production facilities manufacture flexible aircraft fuel tanks and cockpit seals, provide rubber coating of road wheels for armoured combat vehicles, and manufacture tank gun covers.
- Fuel tanks are designed for storing fuel and housing components of the fuel systems of MiG-21 BIS, MiG-21 UM, ORAO, and G-4 aircraft.
- Cockpit seals for ORAO and G-4 aircraft are used to seal aircraft cockpit canopies.
- Road wheels for tracked armoured combat vehicles feature rubber-coated metal rims that support the vehicle on the tracks, absorb impacts during movement, protect the tracks from damage, and reduce noise.
- Tank gun covers for the M-84 and T-55 are manufactured by applying rubber coating to both sides of a special fabric.
- Wheel filling – wheels are filled with sponge rubber based on natural rubber.
Rubber Membranes
Rubber membranes are integral components of expansion vessels and are designed to regulate pressure within the system. The membranes are flexible, heat-resistant, and gas-tight. They are manufactured with a valve or flange, according to customer requirements.

Mill lining materials
Tigar Technical Rubber has developed its own technology for manufacturing large-sized rubber and rubber-to-metal products designed for the mining industry.
Rubber coating of pump rotors and stators
These products are manufactured in various dimensions and are used for transporting aggressive liquids (solvents, acids, petroleum products), suspensions containing abrasive particles, sludge, etc.
Two-layer rubber linings
Two-layer rubber linings for cold-process lining of drive drums. Rubber material for hot-process drum lining in an autoclave, with a thickness of 7–8 mm and a hardness of 65–75 Shore A, providing high resistance to wear.
Rubber-coated rollers
Using internally developed rubber compounds, Tigar Technical Rubber provides rubber coating for all types of industrial rollers used in the printing, metal, textile, mechanical engineering, electronics, metalworking, woodworking and furniture, food and beverage, leather, and other industries.
