Aircraft fuel tanks
Tigar Technical Rubber manufactures fuel tanks for the “MIG 21 BIS” (L 17), “MIG 21 UM” (NL 16), all types of ORAO aircraft, as well as the G4 aircraft. The rubber-coated fabric is flexible, allowing the tanks to be installed through openings in the aircraft structure. The tanks are made from materials resistant to GM-1 jet fuel.
They are resistant to ozone and other atmospheric conditions and remain functional within a temperature range of -40°C to +130°C. In exceptional conditions, the tanks can be exposed to operating temperatures of up to +150°C for a maximum of 15 minutes.
Canopy seals
Canopy seals ensure secure and easy locking of the cockpit canopy, providing an effective airtight seal on the aircraft. The seal consists of a base section installed in a groove and a membrane section that expands when inflated until it reaches the contact surface, ensuring a reliable seal.
The seal is designed so that the membrane automatically returns to its original position when the pressure is released.
Tank gun covers
The covers are made from fabric rubber-coated on both sides and are available in olive drab (SMB) and sand colors. They are resistant to weathering and infrared (IR) reflection.
Tigar Technical Rubber manufactures gun covers for the following tank models: T-55 and M-84.
Road wheels
Road wheels for tracked armored combat vehicles consist of rubber-coated metal wheel rims through which the entire vehicle structure rests on the tracks. The purpose of the rubber layer is to absorb impacts transmitted from the ground through the tracks during movement, protect the tracks from damage, reduce noise, and improve crew comfort.
Tigar Technical Rubber provides rubber coating of metal wheel rims for road wheels used on the following combat vehicles: T-55 and M-84 tanks, BVP M-80, BTR 50 PU/PK, and GM 568/578, as well as wheels for various transport equipment used in steelworks, mines, quarries, and other industries.
Wheel filling
Tigar Technical Rubber fills tires with high-quality natural rubber-based foam rubber, providing exceptional durability. These wheels are suitable for vehicles operating under particularly demanding conditions.
Foam-filled tires are designed for use in environments where metal debris, sharp objects, glass, pieces of wood, sharp rocks, and similar hazards are present. They are used on military vehicles, as well as vehicles operating in steelworks, mines, quarries, the construction industry, and similar demanding environments.
