Products for other applications
All-rubber, rubber-to-metal and vibration-damping products
The production of all-rubber components is carried out using conventional, transfer, or injection molding presses with single- or multi-cavity molds.
Each product is defined by a technical drawing, while its quality requirements are specified by technical standards (for the automotive and defense industries) or determined by the conditions of use. Before being introduced into regular production, products undergo a process that includes quality development, tooling and sample production, homologation testing, and trial production.
Depending on their intended application, the products can be divided into the following groups:
- Seals
- Pads
- Flexible mounts, rubber-to-metal anti-vibration mounts, and shock absorbers
- Bumpers
Depending on their application, molded rubber products can meet various requirements:
- high elasticity
- minimal permanent deformation
- minimal hysteresis
- maximum resistance to aggressive media (oils, lubricants, solvents, ozone, acids, and alkalis)
- resistance to low and high temperatures
- maximum sealing performance
- resistance to wear and tearing
Components for road and railway applications
All-rubber, rubber-to-metal, and vibration-damping products.
Rubber-to-metal elements (RME) for primary suspension are molded rubber-to-metal components of precisely defined shapes and requirements relating to:
- rubber-to-metal bond strength
- deflection range during functional testing under defined parameters
- static hysteresis
- dynamic or Yerzley hysteresis
- longitudinal and lateral test parameters
- service performance in terms of service life and wheel flange wear
All these elements consist of multilayer metal-rubber-metal-rubber-metal sandwich structures. They are extremely important for the safe operation of locomotives, both on straight tracks and through curves.
Rubber-to-metal elements (RME) for secondary suspension
These are precisely defined rubber-to-metal components exposed to cyclic deformation and lateral and longitudinal stresses. Together with the primary suspension rubber-to-metal elements, they are designed to ensure smooth, comfortable, and safe operation while providing maximum protection of the entire locomotive against impacts by absorbing vertical, lateral, and longitudinal movements and stresses.
Railway carriage gangway bellows
Railway carriage gangway bellows – horizontal and vertical rubber components made from non-flammable, self-extinguishing rubber.
Marine fenders
They are manufactured in dimensions according to customer requirements and are used to protect ships, yachts, and boats from impact during berthing in ports and marinas.
Various general-purpose products
Speed bumps
These are modular systems consisting of individual rubber elements that can be installed on roads of various widths. They are installed in areas where vehicle speed needs to be reduced for safety reasons. The speed bumps are made from highly durable, abrasion-resistant rubber with a hardness of 80±5 Shore A. Reflective white surfaces improve visibility at night. A major advantage of rubber speed bumps over those made from other materials is the elasticity of the rubber, which helps reduce vehicle damage at the same speeds.
Dimensions: 900 x 500 x 50 mm.
Rim tapes for mopeds
They are used to protect inner tubes from damage on two-wheeled vehicles (motorcycles, mopeds, and scooters).
They are made from 1.2 mm thick rubber sheet with high tensile strength and elongation.
Dimensions: 25 x 1200, 25 x 1300, 25 x 1400, 33 x 1200, 63 x 1150, 32 x 1050, 22 x 1400.
Rubber tactile strips and directional tiles for visually impaired and blind people
They are designed for creating tactile guidance paths in public institutions, banks, post offices, and similar facilities. The elements can be easily connected to form continuous paths, helping visually impaired and blind people navigate and move around more easily.
They are manufactured in light gray and, upon request, can also be produced in other colors.
Available dimensions: 500 x 1000 mm; ribbed directional tiles: 500 x 500 mm; tactile guidance path: 800 x 400 x 5 mm; warning surface: 800 x 400 x 5 mm.
Rubber hoses for beverage transfer
Rubber hoses are used in the food industry and for general-purpose applications to transfer all types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They are manufactured from natural and synthetic rubber compounds. Their quality and construction comply with applicable health and safety regulations for consumer products.
Rubber water hoses
They are designed for transporting cold water and are most commonly used in household applications. They are manufactured from synthetic rubber resistant to weathering. The hoses are available with smooth or ribbed outer surfaces.
Inflatable couplings
They are designed for quick connection and disconnection of two pipes in a pipeline for cleaning purposes.
They are installed in a steel housing and have an inflation pressure of 10 bar. The rubber compound is resistant to petroleum and petroleum products. Available sizes: 4″, 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″.
Barrel sealing bands
They are made from 1 mm thick red rubber sheet and are available in dimensions according to customer requirements.
Gas sampling balloon
Designed for collecting gas samples for laboratory analysis.
Size: No. 5, circumference approximately 66 cm.
